Warranty and Return and Refund Policy

We offer a lifetime limited craftsmanship warranty on all of our leather products.  This covers material  leather product itself from defective craftsmanship, and leather  failure not subject to normal wear and tear.  Leather is a natural product and will degrade after a period of time, as it does require preventative care and maintenance.  G Leathercrafts  is not responsible for burnt, torn,  or any type of mistreatment of the product.  We are not responsible for normal wear on hardware.  Labor, hardware, parts and shipping are included under this warranty.  

 We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any custom or personalized products unless the product comes damaged.  Any product that's the wrong product ordered ,or damaged and not customized/personalized can be exchanged within two weeks and in new condition . To return this product please contact us and we will set up a return or exchange for your product.  Customer is responsible for return postage.  Please call or text (941)286-0225 or email dave@gleathercrafts.com.
